How Its Works

Pre-validation - Data verification

The first step is the verification of the data. Data attributes, such as test values, format, and domain data rules, are verified based on their testable attributes. The more complicated attributes are tested based on their complementarity with the test results specification. This cloud-based verification and testing step is essentially based on the syntactic test analysis, which determines the satisfactory adherence of the specification with the data in question on recency, uniqueness, completeness, vagueness, and duplicity. However, the verification step isn't the only resort for testing the reliability of any data or domain, as the data shared by other can't be considered only on these parameters.

Cloud-hybrid e-mail verification is an online cloud-based verification tool, which leverage on the integration of REST API for verifying emails list either in bulk or real-time. Cloud-hybrid email verification comprises of multiple validation steps, including syntax verification and authenticating inbox existence. Our detailed report on the invalid and non-functional emails allows organizations to streamline and restructure their campaigning modules, thus ensuring increased probability of business and responses. Following data verification, the next steps of cloud-hybrid verification includes:

Post Validation

1. Syntax Checking

Cloud hybrid email verification essentially validates each email address in accordance with the IETF standards. Besides, our email verification support multiple domains, such as quoted strings, quotes pairs, mailboxes, internalized domain names, and comments. Once the syntax is checked as per the IETF standards, which include RFC 2821, RFC 1123, RFC 6531, RFC 1035, RFC 5321, etc., the email list is subjected to MC records checking.

2. MX/Domain records Validation

Each email that is subjected to verification by cloud hybrid verification process is subjected to DNS check. The report generated highlights all those domains that have invalid or faulty DNS entries.

3. Role-based Address Verification

While email addresses are associated with a single individual, role-based addresses are linked to a group, community, or a department. Some addresses have high bounce rates and usually more directed toward spam delivery. Cloud hybrid effectively identifies these role-based addresses, thus ensuring that deliverability to such addresses is restricted in order to improve response probability.

4. DEA Detection

Plenty of malicious systems and services create temporary email addresses. These are called as disposable email addresses. Cloud hybrid email verification detects these DEAs and flags them as inappropriate.

5. All Emails Checking

All email testing is conducted in order to flag those email addresses and domains that accepts an email. This verification system works on wildcard model, which characterize each domain and addresses based on their ability to accept an email.

6. Mailbox Validation

Our highly robust SMTP-based mailbox validation tool ensures that each email address is verified for mailbox existence.
